Return window
You have 60 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.
How to request a return
Email support@stenliving.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm your request and provide the return address.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.
Who pays return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, including change of mind and sizing, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
We do not provide a prepaid return label. You may use any carrier you prefer.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. The only cost you may pay is the return postage, as set out above.

Send approved returns to our warehouse at 4342 Dudley Blvd, McClellan Park, CA, 95652, USA.
Do not send an item back before contacting us — returns received without a confirmed request may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method, in US Dollars. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned under this policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
