Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
When you browse the site, we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring site.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to send order confirmations and shipping updates, to answer your questions when you contact us, to understand how the site is used and improve it, and to show relevant advertising.
Cookies and tracking
We use the tracking services described below.
- Shopify cookies — required to run the store, keep your cart and process checkout
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and how pages are used
- Google Ads — measures advertising performance and shows our products in Google Shopping

We do not use the Meta Pixel.

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical browsing data is retained for up to 26 months.
Where your information is processed
Elevads LLC is based in the United States and your information is processed there. Some of our service providers, including our payment provider, our carriers and our analytics and advertising services, may process or store data on servers outside the United States. Where that happens, they are required to protect your information to the same standard set out in this policy.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@stenliving.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to request its deletion, the right to opt out of its sale, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell personal information.
Marketing emails
If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
